The commission may meet in an executive session closed to the public for any reason listed in RCW 42.30.110 and may take final action in the public portion of the meeting following an executive session. The reason for the executive session and duration will be announced prior to the start of the executive session. The commission may meet in a closed session during this meeting for any reason listed in RCW 42.30.140, including but not limited to deliberations on enforcement (quasi-judicial) matters.
